#Appreciating The Old And New

Like many cities, Newcastle Upon Tyne, United Kingdom is a reborn place. A once industrial city has an iconic quayside with seven old and new memorable bridges, stylish new bars and lively restaurants. The old wood burnished library remains and the bright newer hi-tech one is automated. A variety of majestic old buildings, including those of the university, remain strong against modern competition from the glazed caterpillar like Sage music centre and towering smart blocks of flats.

We visit and cherish the old but we welcome innovative development with our patronage too.
