Airports are exciting, boring, tempting, tedious, crowded, lonely, confusing.
At the airport, red faced crying babies, demanding hungry children, patient tired parents, frail slow moving passengers, young fliers in tight clothes. People watching me watching them.
On board my tablet comes to the rescue. No pointy elbows. I lose myself in a good story, water, sleep, hand sanitiser. Maybe a magazine, light reading or serious articles.
Landed, waiting, my case out first or last?
Happy greetings: kisses, hugs, relief.
